Colonial Season Program Book

• The Colonial’s full season Program Book is printed in May
  for distribution throughout the entire June–May Season.
• The Program Book is distributed to all patrons attending performances
  (approximately 65,000+ patrons per year).
• The information for 2011–2012 book may be downloaded by clicking here.
• 1/2 page or larger color ads include a Colonial website ad
  free of charge for three months

Program Book advertising opportunities range in cost from $575 to $3,000.

LED Outdoor Display

• Twin LED video displays visible to Northbound, Southbound and pedestrian traffic on South Street
• Each screen allows 4 lines of print, 13 characters per line (includes spaces and punctuation)
• Images are refreshed approximately every 8 seconds
• Screens are lit from 5am until midnight seven days a week
• Depending on the number of messages in the rotation, advertisers can expect between 500 and 900 exposures per day

$300 for 3 days (minimum)
$500 for 2 weeks
$750 for 4 weeks

Lobby Flat Panel TV & Stage Screen Slides

Lobby Flat Panel

• The Colonial Lobby is a popular place for patrons to congregate before, during and after performances. It is also a high traffic area during the day for visitors and ticket buyers.
• Slides refresh approximately every 8 seconds
• Number of exposures varies depending upon the number of performances in any given month

Stage Screen

• Slides are projected on stage for 30 minutes prior to most performances
• Slides refresh approximately every 15 seconds

Slides are 1920x1080 pixels, RGB, jpg files.
