Advertising with the Colonial:
We are currently developing our opportunities for advertising here at the Colonial.
While a comprehensive Colonial advertising packet is in the works, these are (in brief)
the advertising opportunities we currently offer:
Flyers at the ticket counter:
Place letter-size flyers at the ticket counter
• $250/quarter (3 months)
• Must be 8.5 x 11 or smaller
Flyers in the Program Book
Insert letter-size flyers into our Program Book (which is given out at each of our performances)
• $50/performance
• Must be 8.5 x 11 or smaller
• No more than 3 advertisers included in one performance
• 500 separate individuals guaranteed (if 500 are not taken in performance then will carry over to next performance)
Table Toppers:
Place a business-card-size ad on all table-top menus in the lobby (this position exclusive to one advertiser at a time)
• $250/quarter (3 months)
Lobby Video Display:
Our lobby video display is a popular place to congregate before, during intermission, and after shows, as well as a point of interest during the day for visitors and ticket buyers.
• $250/quarter (3 months)
• Each spot is 20 seconds in length
• Runs during all performances and regular ticket office hours
• RGB, JPG, 16"w x 9"h at 120dpi 0r 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Ads may be changed the first business-day of each month (new file must be received one week prior)
Colonial Film Series On-screen Advertising:
With the birth of the Colonial's Film Series, featuring popular music concerts, documentaries, adventure and travel specials, digitally re-mastered classic movies, children’s programs, broadcasts of opera from La Scala, and much more, we have introduced on-screen advertising.
• $150/month for 3 months, $120/month for 6 months, $100/month for 12 months
• Each spot is 20 seconds in length, will run at least twice before each film
• RGB, JPG, 16"w x 9"h at 120dpi 0r 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Ads may be changed the first business-day of each month (new file must be received one week prior)

Advertising in The Colonial Theatre's Program Book:
The Colonial
Theatre’s Program book is an annual, full color, magazine-size book that is handed to each patron, at every performance. Extend your reach
and communicate your message by getting it into the hands of over 60,000 patrons over
our full, 12-month season. With over 75% of our patrons living in Berkshire County, your ad will
continue to be seen long after the summer months by these active supporters of
our community.
 While we have not yet released the information for the coming season's Program Book,
we want to make available the information for the current book.
