
Ticket Purchases
- All sales are final.
- All performance dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change, without notice.
- Tickets purchased over the phone and on the website will be held at Will Call unless otherwise requested by contacting the Ticket Office.
- Tickets purchased less than seven days prior to a performance will be held at Will Call.
- Checks should be made out to The Colonial Theatre.
Handling Fee
There is a $5 (non-refundable) handling fee for all ticket orders placed over the phone, by fax or on the website.
Flexible Ticket Exchange Policies
- If your plans change, policy allows you to attend another Colonial event that better suits your schedule in that season. Tickets for the new performance will be based on availability at the time the exchange request is received by the Ticket Office.
- There is a $5 per order convenience fee for all exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to availability; 48-hour notice required.
- Exchanges can be made by phone or in person at the Ticket Office.
- All previously purchased tickets must be returned before new tickets are released.
- All new tickets will be held at Will Call and require identification for pick up.
Ticket Donations
If you find you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt equal to the value of your tickets, excluding handling fees.
Children
Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Weather
In the case that a performance is canceled due to inclement weather, tickets will be refunded.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the theater.
Photographing, sound recording or the possession of any recording device inside The Colonial Theatre, without the written permission of theater management, is strictly prohibited.
